Role & licensing
[Magnara Global Capital LLC] is a capital advisory and SPV-structuring firm. We are not a direct lender, broker-dealer, investment adviser, money transmitter, or depository institution. All financing facilities referenced on this Portal are originated and funded by licensed third-party lending partners, subject to their own underwriting criteria, loan documents, and disclosures.
Where a specific transaction requires state lending, mortgage, or finance-broker licensure, Magnara Global or its partners hold the applicable license. License numbers are disclosed at the time of application in the relevant state. For lender-specific licensing (including NMLS identifiers), refer to the final loan documents provided by the originating lender.
Soft pre-approval — what it is and isn't
Soft pre-approval estimates do not:
- Result in a hard credit inquiry on your personal or business credit;
- Obligate Magnara Global or any third-party lender to fund the transaction;
- Guarantee that the rate, term, facility amount, or fee structure shown will be available at closing;
- Constitute an appraisal, opinion of value, or valuation report under USPAP or comparable standards.
Final terms are determined by the funding lender following a hard credit pull (where applicable), full documentation review, and such verification procedures as the lender requires.
Equal Credit Opportunity Act
Magnara Global is an equal-opportunity provider. Consistent with the Equal Credit Opportunity Act (15 U.S.C. § 1691 et seq.) and its implementing Regulation B (12 C.F.R. Part 1002), we do not discriminate against any applicant on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, marital status, age (provided the applicant has the capacity to enter into a binding contract), because all or part of the applicant's income derives from any public assistance program, or because the applicant has in good faith exercised any right under the Consumer Credit Protection Act.
The federal agency that administers compliance with this law concerning this organization is the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, 1700 G Street NW, Washington, DC 20552.
Fair Credit Reporting notice
In connection with your application, Magnara Global or its lending partners may obtain consumer reports from one or more consumer reporting agencies. You have rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (15 U.S.C. § 1681 et seq.) including the right to be told if information in your file has been used against you and the right to dispute inaccurate information. A summary of your rights under the FCRA is available from the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau at consumerfinance.gov.
Patriot Act / Know-Your-Customer
To help the U.S. government fight the funding of terrorism and money-laundering activities, federal law requires all financial institutions and their partners to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person who opens an account or applies for credit. This means when you apply for financing through the Portal, we or our lending partners will ask for your name, address, date of birth, and other information that will allow us to identify you. We may also ask to see your driver's license or other identifying documents.

Estimate methodology
Pre-approval estimates on this Portal are computed from:
- Information you supply in the application (stated revenue, time in business, credit tier, use of proceeds, etc.);
- Current published market averages for each product category;
- A tier-routing model that weights applicant risk signals to position the application with an appropriate lender segment.
Market-average ranges shown reflect typical institutional pricing as of the effective date above and are subject to change without notice. Actual pricing will vary by lender, applicant profile, collateral, and prevailing benchmarks.
No investment advice
Nothing on this Portal constitutes investment advice, tax advice, legal advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security. Applicants should consult qualified professionals regarding the suitability of any financing or capital-structuring decision.
NCNDA & confidentiality (acquisition financing)
For acquisition and partner-buyout applications, information submitted is treated as confidential under a non-circumvention, non-disclosure, non-competition framework (NCNDA). By submitting, you agree that you will not circumvent Magnara Global or its introduced lenders in connection with the transaction for a period of twenty-four (24) months following submission.
